Our WODs are programmed to create a balanced mix of Weightlifting, Gymnastics, and Cardiovascular work. Our WODs are designed to increase your work capacity, across broad time and modal domains, and specifically develop: Cardiovascular/ Respiratory Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, Accuracy.
CrossFit Castrum Run daily WOD Sessions, Competitors Programme Sessions, Team and Individual S&C Sessions, and Olympic Weightlifting Sessions. We also run regular 'On Ramp' Fundamentals Programmes, and Fast Track Programmes
